Columbia Plateau Wildlife Management Association offers many hunting opportunities via special "hunting by written permission" permits.
Large game hunters who desire access should fill out the Hunter Request Forms (at the bottom of this page) and send it to our organization.
DO NOT FILL OUT MORE THAN ONE REQUEST FOR EACH SEASON OR IT WILL BE DISCARDED, AS STATED ON THE BOTTOM OF THE FORM.
A drawing is held at our June meeting and those drawn will be notified and asked to come to the signup. All forms must be received before our June meeting. Signup will be the last Saturday in June.
Hunters will be required to sign a liability release and agree to follow our stated guidelines.
WE NOW REQUIRE A HUNTER REPORT FORM RETURNED TO US AFTER EACH HUNT. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN LOOSING HUNTING PRIVILEGES FOR THE NEXT YEAR. The form will be provided at signup and also be printable at the bottom of this page.
To hunt turkeys and coyotes, fill out the request form at the bottom of this page and mail it to us. Currently we do not have an over abundance of requests and should be able to place most that apply. The turkey hunting spots will be assigned in March. We allow coyote hunting whenever there is not another season in effect.
Preference is given to Washington State residents.
We offer hunting opportunities for white-tail deer, mule deer, elk, turkey, and on a rare occasion, a moose. Remember to check the WDFW Pamphlet for seasons for GMU130.
There are areas set aside for youth, disabled and the general hunter.
We have opportunities for those who hunt with a muzzle loader, modern rifle, shotgun and archery.
Thousands of acres of prime private property are opened up to the general public for hunting, yet controlled for safety and to provide a great hunting experience. Properties are patrolled to prevent trespassers.
